Task Overview

In small groups or pairs, research a historical event.

Create a museum exhibit that presents multiple perspectives on the event.

Your exhibit will identify biases and allow visitors to understand the event from different perspectives (points of view).

 

Your exhibit should include:

  • A three fold brochure 

  • Depth and accuracy of historical research

  • Incorporation of diverse perspectives and minimization of bias

  • Creativity and engagement of the exhibit design

  • Ability to clearly communicate the significance of the historical event and the importance of considering multiple viewpoints
